I disagree with Newt Gingrich and his conservative claims. I believe that embryonic stem cell research is justified because it makes use for something that would otherwise be useless. For all we know, stem cell research could cure cancer or other deadly diseases. It’s a woman’s right to do what she wants with her child, whether it be developed or not. When a child is aborted, it doesn’t benefit anything. If stem cell research was used, it would give a positive purpose to abortions. But with closemindedness and the regulations of religion, this topic will always be debated.
